Position Overview
Join the luxury team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences in Dubai as a Concierge Manager. This ultra-luxury property offers world-class services, and we are looking for an experienced leader to oversee concierge operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality, including 2 years in a managerial role
What You’ll Do
* Ensure smooth and efficient concierge operations, including luggage services and guest assistance
* Maintain updated guest information resources, including restaurant, airline, and city details
* Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally in line with brand standards
* Oversee departmental operations, prepare duty rosters, and maintain accurate SOP adherence
* Identify training needs, supervise sessions, and keep comprehensive training records
* Ensure compliance with fire, hygiene, health, and safety policies
* Motivate and lead the concierge team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3 years in a luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and telephone)
* Proven ability in developing and motivating teams
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Opera and MS Office applications
