What You’ll Do

* Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and assist senior chefs in delivering meals to brand standards
* Ensure all meals are visually appealing and meet taste and presentation expectations
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times
* Follow all hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local regulations and HACCP guidelines
* Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and other kitchen duties when required
* Manage supplies and minimize waste through proper handling and storage of ingredients
* Support the team by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is preferred but not essential
* Strong understanding of food hygiene and handling standards
* Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 23 kg and perform tasks requiring bending and kneeling
* Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for following recipes and portioning ingredients
* Warm, approachable, and team-oriented personality with good communication skills
* Passion for food, presentation, and continuous learning in a professional kitchen
