Core Duties
* Assist in food preparation and service for the all-day dining outlet
* Supervise and guide cooks, kitchen attendants, and stewards during service
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with HACCP
* Prepare food, materials, and equipment in advance for service operations
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies including safety, grooming, and operational standards
* Report guest feedback, operational difficulties, or team concerns to superiors promptly
* Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and meetings
* Support safe operations by following OH&S procedures and reporting hazards
* Maintain effective working relationships with team members and other departments
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel, particularly in international cuisine
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Ability to lead and support a large team during busy service periods
* Commitment to food quality, safety, and innovation in menu creation
* Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest dining experiences
