Core Duties
* Provide direction to kitchen helpers, cooks, attendants, and stewards.
* Ensure all food preparation meets quality, health, and hygiene standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
* Prepare food, materials, and equipment in advance for smooth operations.
* Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
* Monitor and implement hotel standards, including HACCP, safety, and grooming.
* Take immediate action to correct hazards and report potential risks.
* Log incidents, accidents, and security concerns according to hotel policies.
* Support supervisors by reporting guest feedback and operational challenges.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to supervise and lead a large team in a high-volume outlet.
