Job Overview

* Handle kitchen requisitions, stock rotation, and documentation with accuracy
* Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness of all workstations
* Report equipment issues and support kitchen efficiency with proactive teamwork
* Contribute to staff training and maintain a positive working environment

Job Requirements

* Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
* 3–4 years of experience in professional kitchens, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining

* Knowledge of kitchen inventory procedures and HACCP standards
* Ability to follow directions, communicate effectively, and work under pressure
