Demi Chef de Partie – Rixos Premium Dubai – Dubai, UAE

Position Overview
Rixos Premium Dubai, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. The role involves assisting in managing food preparation, quality control, and section operations while upholding the brand’s exceptional culinary standards. Key Responsibilities

* Organize and manage daily kitchen operations for your assigned section in coordination with the Chef de Partie.
* Prepare daily requisitions, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
* Supervise and guide junior culinary staff, providing training and mentorship for career development.
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Support the development and execution of new menu items and seasonal dishes.
* Assist in achieving targeted food cost percentages through accurate ordering and inventory management.
* Ensure full compliance with Rixos Hotels’ food safety and hygiene standards.
* Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
* Monitor kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance at all times.
* Uphold Rixos and Accor service standards by delivering consistent and innovative culinary experiences.

Ideal Profile

* Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience with at least one year as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar position.
* Strong understanding of international cuisines, modern cooking methods, and presentation techniques.
* Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to handle pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
