Position Overview
Jumeirah Group, a global pioneer in luxury hospitality and a member of Dubai Holding, is seeking an accomplished Director – Marketing and Communications to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, the city’s newest luxury lifestyle destination. This role requires a visionary leader to drive brand growth, lead high-impact campaigns, and position the property as a benchmark in luxury hospitality across global markets. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with Jumeirah’s global brand vision and property-level goals.
Oversee the annual marketing and communications budget, ensuring ROI-driven allocation across digital, PR, media, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Lead all brand positioning and storytelling efforts, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and experiential platforms.
Drive multi-channel campaigns—digital, social media, CRM, and traditional—to increase brand visibility, bookings, and guest engagement.
Manage relationships with global and regional agencies, media networks, and influencers to enhance the resort’s profile and audience reach.
Oversee creative development, content production, and visual storytelling to ensure brand alignment and quality standards.
Mentor and lead a high-performing team of marketing, PR, and digital professionals to foster innovation and excellence.
Utilize market data, analytics, and guest insights to refine strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with revenue, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support business growth.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications reflect Jumeirah’s standards of luxury, authenticity, and world-class service.

Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications within ultra-luxury hospitality.
Proven success in leading large teams and managing multimillion-dirham budgets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand storytelling, and media relations in the GCC and global markets.
Experience managing global PR campaigns and high-profile brand partnerships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other creative tools is an advantage.
Strategic thinker with creative flair and a results-oriented mindset.
