Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
- Develop and implement a strategic Marketing & PR plan to enhance Mondrian Doha’s profile and brand positioning.
- Expand brand visibility across all media channels with a strong emphasis on social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are in line with Corporate Brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Drive sales and marketing activities for the leisure market, including trade exhibitions and strategic partnerships.
- Initiate events and presentations to attract media coverage and enhance brand image.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage and update all relevant digital platforms, including individual hotel websites and social media channels.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and customer engagement.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance digital presence and drive traffic.
- Track digital campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Public Relations & Media Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media contacts.
- Organize press trips, familiarization visits, and media events to promote Mondrian Doha.
- Handle media invitations, publicity opportunities, and correspondence with journalists and influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases, ensuring timely and professional dissemination.
Content Creation & Collateral Development:
- Oversee the creation and development of marketing collaterals, promotions, and rich content.
- Collaborate with creative agencies for high-quality visual content, including images, videos, and advertising materials.
- Ensure all publications and promotional materials meet corporate quality standards and brand guidelines.
Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with key players in the luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors.
- Develop sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand exposure and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with external agencies for promotional campaigns and brand activations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Work closely with the F&B Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all outlets.
- Collaborate with sales, events, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury brand marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, market positioning, and customer behavior in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
