What You’ll Do
* Greet and assist guests on arrival, unloading luggage safely and directing them to reception.
* Load luggage for departing guests courteously, confirming the correct number of items.
* Maintain cleanliness and order at the hotel entrance, driveway, and carpark, reporting any defects promptly.
* Coordinate with valet attendants for smooth handling of guest vehicles.
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and general queries to guests.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines when handling luggage.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hospitality environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage time efficiently.
* Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
