Atlantis Resorts is seeking an experienced Driver to join the Transportation team in Dubai, UAE. This guest-facing role focuses on providing safe, comfortable, punctual and discreet transportation for guests, executives and VIPs while representing the high service standards associated with Atlantis. The position requires excellent UAE navigation skills, professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering five-star guest experiences.

About the Role
As a Driver within the transportation team, you will be responsible for moving valued guests, executives and VIPs safely and efficiently to and from
their destinations. Every journey contributes to the guest experience, making the Driver an important ambassador who helps create both the first and farewell impression of the resort.
The role calls for strong knowledge of UAE roads, confident navigation and the ability to anticipate traffic conditions while maintaining a smooth and comfortable journey. Discretion, attentiveness and polished service are particularly important when supporting discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Transport guests, executives and VIPs safely and comfortably to their required destinations.
* Plan efficient journeys using strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes and local navigation.
* Read maps, follow directions and provide accurate directions when required.
* Monitor routes and avoid heavily congested areas where practical to support punctual arrivals.
* Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous transportation support.
* Maintain a discreet and professional manner throughout every guest interaction.
* Help create a positive arrival and departure experience as a representative of Atlantis.
* Deliver transportation service consistent with a luxury five-star hospitality environment.
About You
Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving licence free of infractions and have at least three years of proven professional driving experience. Previous limousine driving experience within a five-star environment is preferred.
You should be computer literate and fluent in English. Additional language skills are desirable. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential, together with the judgement to understand different guest situations and provide attentive service without compromising privacy or discretion.
