Position Overview
Jumeirah Wild Wadi Waterpark, one of Dubai’s most iconic themed attractions, is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee critical operations across guest services, plant maintenance, and facilities management. This role is perfect for a technical leader with waterpark or theme park experience who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering safe, world-class guest experiences.

Core Duties
* Support the Director of Engineering in leading both Guest Services and Plant Services teams, maintaining optimal functionality across all park infrastructure
* Implement and control a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system and manage all Demand Work Orders efficiently
* Establish and enforce standards and procedures for repairs and maintenance, introducing improvements with departmental approval
* Monitor capital and operational expenses, proposing cost-effective, efficiency-driven solutions aligned with financial goals
* Track documentation and administration of PPM and reactive work orders to ensure engineering compliance and team productivity
* Lead safety-first practices across engineering operations to uphold Jumeirah’s high-quality service standards
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or related field
* Minimum 5 years in a managerial engineering role, with at least 3 years in a waterpark or theme park environment
* Strong technical and team management skills with knowledge of large-scale mechanical, hydraulic, or plant systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools
* Excellent communication and leadership skills in multicultural settings
