Position Overview
Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and ensure facilities remain safe, efficient, and guest-ready. The role supports the Chief Engineer in delivering preventive and corrective maintenance, energy-saving measures, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and guide engineering technicians in daily maintenance activities.
* Oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and service tasks across the hotel.
* Ensure compliance with fire, health, safety, and building regulations.
* Monitor energy use and assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives.
* Support the Chief Engineer in managing budgets, inventories, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with other departments to provide engineering support for guest satisfaction.
* Respond to and resolve guest-related engineering issues promptly.
Ideal Profile
* Prior experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, or facilities management.
* Knowledge of safety systems, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team.
* Preferably with IHG brand or UAE hospitality industry experience.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
