Role Summary
Join the leadership team of one of the world’s most renowned hospitality groups, Accor, as Executive Assistant to the CEO for Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands across the Middle East, Africa, Asia & Pacific. This high-profile role blends strategic support, project coordination, and executive-level communication to drive organizational success. What You’ll Do
Provide strategic support to the CEO, including in-depth research, briefing preparation, and follow-up on key decisions and corporate priorities.
Develop high-impact executive presentations based on strategic and market analysis.
Prepare comprehensive reports for leadership, synthesizing function updates and performance data.
Manage and track cross-functional strategic projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Development, and Talent & Culture teams to gather and update essential data for reports and presentations.
Optimize internal processes through effective use of corporate tools and platforms.
Accurately minute Executive Committee and strategic meetings, ensuring clear action tracking.
Deliver high-level organizational and administrative support to the CEO’s office.

Ideal Profile
Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in hotel operations, commercial strategy, or market analysis.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and collaborative.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive team player who fosters an inclusive and productive workplace culture.
