Position Overview

Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking a UAE National Executive - F and B Administration to join its team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Food and Beverage department at one of Madinat Jumeirah’s iconic beachfront properties. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of a high-end F and B environment.

Job Overview

The Executive - F and B Administration will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Food and Beverage team, ensuring smooth coordination across outlets and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role involves managing inventory tracking, vendor communication, and assisting with event coordination in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the F and B department, supporting operations across multiple outlets
* Manage departmental communication and assist with team coordination and guest-related interactions
* Organize and support internal and external site visits and event setups
* Prepare and review event proposals and maintain organized records and calendars
* Track inventory levels and initiate purchase requests as needed
* Coordinate office supply orders and service requests with suppliers and internal teams
* Maintain professional documentation and digital records across F and B systems

Ideal Profile

* UAE National as required by local regulations
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a luxury hotel or resort
* Background in hospitality operations; guest-facing F and B experience is a plus
* Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiar with scheduling and inventory tools
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
