Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure rooms and public areas meet IHG brand standards.
* Develop and oversee cleaning schedules, inspections, and SOPs for consistent service quality.
* Recruit, train, and inspire staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
* Manage departmental budgets, inventories, and cost control measures.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene and safety compliance.
* Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Ideal Profile
* 5–7 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment, including leadership roles.
* Previous IHG brand experience preferred.
* Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local hygiene standards and regulations.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
* Passionate about creating a welcoming, spotless, and guest-focused environment.
