Job Overview
The Executive Lounge Attendant is responsible for ensuring a consistently clean and welcoming environment for VIP guests in the Executive Lounge. This position requires high attention to detail, collaboration with the team, and a passion for guest service. By maintaining brand standards and promoting a premium guest experience, this role plays a key part in the hotel’s luxury service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all areas of the Executive Lounge are maintained to luxury cleanliness standards
* Deliver prompt, courteous service to guests using the lounge facilities
* Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure readiness of the lounge
* Monitor and replenish supplies, food, and beverages during operating hours
* Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
* Uphold Marriott brand service and hygiene standards at all times
* Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams
* Assist in ensuring guest privacy, comfort, and satisfaction
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience in hospitality or guest service preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Detail-oriented with a passion for luxury service
* Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
