Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is looking for an Executive to join its J-Club Membership Health Club team. This role is responsible for managing daily health club operations, leading fitness and front desk staff, and ensuring exceptional member experiences in a luxury environment.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee daily operations of the health club, including opening and closing, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
* Lead and support a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front desk staff to ensure outstanding service.
* Build strong relationships with members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Plan, promote, and coordinate fitness classes, workshops, and wellness programs tailored to member needs.
* Manage personal training services by matching members with trainers and ensuring quality service delivery.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety standards through regular inspections and corrective actions.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
