Position Overview
Jumeirah Group, a global leader in luxury hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, is seeking a UAE National Executive to join the Conferences and Events team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of world-class events and conferences at one of Dubai’s most iconic beachfront destinations. Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, meetings, and social events to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Liaise with clients to gather event requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
Assist in coordinating with internal teams and suppliers for event logistics, setups, and audiovisual arrangements.
Supervise and support event staff during setup, execution, and breakdown to maintain smooth operations.
Collaborate with departments such as catering, housekeeping, and engineering to ensure all event details meet guest expectations.
Monitor event timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with hotel standards and policies.
Track expenses, prepare event-related reports, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
Provide administrative support including documentation, invoicing, and report preparation for post-event evaluations.
Maintain close communication with the sales and marketing teams to promote upcoming events and strengthen client relationships.

Ideal Profile
UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements.
5 to 8 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
