Job Overview
As Executive Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily operations across multiple outlets within the resort. You\'ll be responsible for menu innovation, team mentorship, and quality assurance to deliver world-class culinary experiences that meet Jumeirah’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the smooth day-to-day kitchen operations across several dining outlets
* Assist in leading and developing a large team of chefs and kitchen staff
* Collaborate in menu development, recipe standardization, and seasonal updates
* Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency across all services
* Ensure adherence to hygiene, fire safety, and food handling standards
* Support innovation and creativity in presentation, plating, and guest experience
* Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Job Requirements

* Minimum 10 years of experience in five-star hotel kitchens or high-end restaurants
* Strong background in managing large culinary teams and multi-outlet operations
* Formal culinary education (degree or diploma from an accredited institution)
* Proven expertise in international cuisine, including modern and traditional techniques
* Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor kitchen teams
* Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Previous UAE or Gulf region experience is a plus
