Jumeirah Al Qasr, part of the iconic Madinat Jumeirah Resort, is hiring an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing multi-outlet kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests while upholding Jumeirah’s renowned luxury standards.

What You’ll Do

* Enforce compliance with hygiene, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
* Drive creativity in culinary offerings while managing large multi-outlet operations.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury five-star hotels and fine dining restaurants.
* Strong background managing multi-outlet kitchens with diverse cuisines.
* Completed formal culinary education from a recognized institution.
* Expertise in advanced cooking techniques and international culinary trends.
* Proven leadership skills in mentoring and managing diverse kitchen teams.
* Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality and creativity.
