Jumeirah Group is seeking an F and B Service Guest Relations Executive to join Nuska at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This role is dedicated to delivering personalized guest experiences in a luxury dining setting, ensuring exceptional service, seamless coordination, and memorable hospitality that reflects Jumeirah’s world-class standards.

* Deliver attentive service to VIPs and repeat guests, recalling preferences and anticipating needs
* Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries regarding dining and hotel offerings
* Handle feedback and special requests with professionalism, ensuring positive guest impressions
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
* Ability to thrive in a multicultural work setting
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction
