Accor is seeking an experienced F and B Supervisor to join our luxury resort operations in Dubai. This role is responsible for leading the in-room dining team, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. You will manage daily operations, oversee resource planning, coordinate with culinary teams, and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, mentor, and train the in-room dining team to deliver exceptional service.
* Manage resource planning, task allocation, and daily operational oversight.
* Ensure brand standards are consistently met across all service touchpoints.
* Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food quality, presentation, and timeliness.
* Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and work to improve satisfaction scores.
* Review daily forecasts, VIP lists, and coordinate between outlets for seamless service.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
* Degree or diploma in hospitality management or food and beverage service.
* Strong knowledge of restaurant service and in-room dining operations.
* Service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead by example and motivate team members to excel.
