InterContinental Dubai Festival City is hiring a passionate and detail-oriented F and B Supervisor to join the Vista Restaurant and Terrace team. This role focuses on supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service, maintaining high standards, and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests. * Monitor and maintain service equipment and ensure outlet cleanliness and readiness
* Oversee menu and wine list planning and assist in creating innovative offerings
* Control stock levels, monitor security procedures, and manage inventory efficiently
* Supervise functions, restaurant service, and team performance to meet brand standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Provide training and guidance to team members to improve service delivery
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in A La Carte restaurant operations is essential
* Advanced beverage knowledge and passion for food
* Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
