Key Responsibilities
* Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with the Training Manager
* Create and manage monthly and weekly departmental training schedules
* Develop and distribute comprehensive F&B training manuals and policy guidelines
* Facilitate F&B orientation for all new team members and ensure completion of checklists within the first week
* Track attendance and completion of all training activities
* Implement consistent training on SOPs, values, and procedures
* Research and design new modules to improve operational performance
* Support merchandise training, stock handling, and back-store processes
* Promote visual merchandising standards and ensure team compliance
* Maintain detailed reports on training outcomes and improvements
* Participate in regular store inspections and drive workplace safety initiatives
Health & Safety
* Enforce the use of personal protective equipment and ensure safety compliance
* Conduct accident investigations and workplace hazard assessments
* Ensure regular team briefings on safety measures and proper documentation
* Recommend and enforce corrective actions for health and safety violations
Job Requirements
* Previous experience in F&B operations and training is essential
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute training activities across locations
* Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations is a plus
* Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended hours when needed
