Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Finance Executive to join our dynamic Finance team. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate reconciliations, and supporting month-end processes while ensuring compliance with internal standards.

What You’ll Do

* Record and reconcile corporate credit card transactions with accuracy
* Identify and post technical service fee payments to JI debtors account
* Manage and reconcile books for Jumeirah Management Services, ensuring timely month-end closure
* Complete bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations per SLA timelines
* Provide proactive support to team members and stakeholders, resolving queries efficiently
* Ensure secure archiving of monthly financial data in line with compliance requirements

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
* Professional finance certification preferred (CPA, CIMA)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced)
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
