About the Role
As a Fitness Trainer, you will assist guests with their individual fitness requirements and conduct yoga and personal training sessions according to guest needs.
Alongside delivering fitness services, you will help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming fitness centre throughout the
day. Guest health and safety, equipment condition and adherence to Atlantis The Royal service standards are central to the position.
Fitness and Guest Services
* Conduct personal training sessions according to guest requirements.
* Deliver yoga sessions for resort guests.
* Assist guests with fitness-related requests in a professional manner.
* Apply appropriate health and safety practices during fitness activities.
* Maintain a strong customer focus throughout guest interactions.
* Prepare towels, refreshments and reading materials for guests according to resort standards.
* Provide attentive service while maintaining a professional fitness environment.
Fitness Centre Operations
* Monitor fitness equipment and ensure it remains clean and functioning correctly.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the fitness centre throughout operating hours.
* Attend daily briefings with the manager.
* Keep informed about resort activities, events and assigned daily tasks.
* Comply with resort health and safety requirements.
* Report for duty on time, correctly uniformed and appropriately groomed.
* Attend required resort training.
* Maintain scheduling flexibility according to operational requirements.
* Carry out other reasonable job-related duties when required.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must hold an international Yoga Instructor qualification and a Personal Trainer certificate. High school graduation is also required.
The role calls for strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills together with administrative ability and a strong customer-service focus. Leadership capabilities are also expected.
