Position Overview
Vignette Collection by IHG is looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Associate to deliver exceptional service across dining operations. This role involves welcoming guests, managing orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests, present menus, and inform them of specials and menu updates.
* Take food and beverage orders, input into POS system, and ensure special requests are recorded.
* Upsell menu items including beverages and desserts.
* Serve food and drinks, refill glasses, and maintain dining standards.
* Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
* Assist with basic cleaning and setup duties as directed by management.
* Provide accurate product and service knowledge to guests.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
* Support other F&B outlets within the property as needed.
* Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and appearance standards.
* Assist with end-of-day financial reconciliations and reporting.
Ideal Profile
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
* High attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
* Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities in English; additional languages a plus.
* Basic knowledge of cooking and wine service.
* Familiarity with POS systems and transaction handling.
