* Drive team training, coaching, and performance to ensure service excellence

Required Qualifications and Skills
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel or branded restaurant environment
* Strong command of English; fluency in Microsoft Office applications
* Demonstrated success in menu innovation, cost control, and guest service enhancement
* Familiarity with EFQM or similar hospitality quality frameworks
