What You’ll Do
Assist the Assistant Manager in daily food and beverage operations to maintain service quality and guest satisfaction.
Provide professional, warm, and sincere service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
Handle guest interactions, take orders, present menus, and process payments accurately.
Ensure timely setup of assigned outlet according to meal settings and operating standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in side stations and service areas.
Participate in upselling and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
Work collaboratively with the hostess, cashier, and other team members for smooth service.
Attend training sessions and departmental briefings to stay updated on service standards, policies, and promotions.
Adhere strictly to hotel safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Assist in administrative tasks including records, billing, and system accuracy.
Ideal Profile
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Previous hospitality or restaurant service experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and handle guest requests efficiently.
Knowledge of food and beverage service operations, hygiene standards, and customer care practices.
