What You’ll Do
* Lead pre-shift briefings to align team goals, service focus areas, and hotel updates.
* Ensure all dining areas and service equipment are clean, functional, and fully prepared.
* Oversee service quality, timing, and
consistency according to hotel standards.
* Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to maintain current menus and wine offerings.
* Proactively engage guests, addressing feedback and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control measures.
* Support and train team members, fostering continuous development and growth.
* Manage cash handling with accuracy and ensure financial compliance.
* Prepare and reconcile end-of-day financial reports and service logs.
* Record guest feedback and operational notes for smooth shift handovers.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-centric approach.
* In-depth knowledge of F and B service, cash handling, and service standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
