Food & Beverage Supervisor - Guest Services
Accor is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in London, England, United Kingdom. In this exciting role, you will lead day-to-day dining operations, oversee service quality, and support a team committed to creating memorable experiences for guests in a vibrant, hospitality-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the daily operations of restaurant, bar, and banquet services
* Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and ensure a high standard of service delivery
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all service areas
* Oversee inventory, manage supply orders, and generate usage and stock reports
* Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and fair task distribution
* Train and onboard new employees while providing continuous mentorship to team members
* Liaise with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery
* Coordinate and execute special events and in-house promotions
* Track performance metrics and report key insights to management
* Ensure all outlets comply with licensing, health, and safety regulations
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or restaurant operations
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure
* Working knowledge of food hygiene and health regulations in the UK
* Right to work in the United Kingdom is required
