Position Overview
IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City is looking for an energetic and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join its team across four iconic properties: InterContinental, InterContinental Residence Suites, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn & Suites. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes, efficient check-in/check-out processes, and proactive assistance during each stay.
Core Duties
* Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay
* Manage check-in, check-out, and room assignments in line with hotel procedures
* Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and loyalty programs
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries
and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth service delivery
* Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and payment details
* Assist with conference and events-related guest needs when required
* Support the sales team by sharing relevant guest feedback and service opportunities
* Uphold IHG brand service standards to enhance the overall guest experience
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
* Two to four years of experience in hospitality or a related customer service role
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
