Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent at The St. Regis Dubai The Palm, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a luxurious and seamless stay. You’ll be responsible for performing front office duties with sophistication, professionalism, and efficiency, upholding the heritage and standards of the St. Regis brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized check-in experience
* Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and payments using hotel systems
* Respond to guest inquiries and requests with prompt and professional service
* Coordinate with other departments including housekeeping, concierge, and butlers to fulfill guest needs
* Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local area attractions
* Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and service issues effectively
* Uphold brand standards in grooming, service delivery, and operational protocols

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are advantageous
* Prior experience in front desk or guest relations within a luxury hotel environment preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages a plus
* Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS)
* Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and guest-centric mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a team-oriented approach
