Front Office Associate – Accor Hotels – Dubai, UAE

Position Overview
Accor Hotels in Dubai is hiring a Front Office Associate to deliver outstanding guest service, ensure smooth front office operations, and uphold the highest hospitality standards. This role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Core Duties
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check-ins and checkouts efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly.
Provide accurate information on hotel services, amenities, and nearby attractions.
Record and fulfill guest preferences to personalize the experience.
Handle guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely.
Use Opera Cloud PMS to manage bookings and room assignments.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately.
Assist with night audit tasks when required.
Promote and enroll guests in Accor loyalty programs.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
1–2 years of front office or customer service experience, preferably in a hotel.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS or similar systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
