Job Overview
As the Front Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns, leading a multicultural team, and maintaining smooth coordination with other hotel departments. Key Responsibilities

* Supervise front office operations, ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times
* Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate updates, goals, and guest arrivals
* Handle VIP arrivals and ensure personalized experiences for luxury clientele
* Resolve guest concerns effectively and escalate issues when necessary
* Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports for shift activities and incidents
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SOPs
* Foster team morale and assist in staff training and performance monitoring
* Collaborate closely with housekeeping, concierge, and guest relations for seamless service delivery

Job Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in a front office leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel
* Proficient in English; Russian or other European language preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Culturally aware and experienced in managing a diverse team
* Presentable, proactive, and guest-centric under high-pressure situations
