Front Office Team Member - Guest Services

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests with warmth, perform check-in and check-out efficiently
* Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism
* Maintain guest records and manage room assignments using Opera or similar systems
* Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction
* Manage payments, billing, and account settlements accurately
* Upsell services and rooms where appropriate to maximize guest experience
* Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and presentable
* Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service

Job Requirements

* A natural service-oriented attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
* Experience with hotel software systems such as Opera preferred
* Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment with grace
* Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
* Prior experience in a similar front office or guest services role is advantageous
