Description
Role:
will be to provide analytical and industry expertise to facilitate the proactive assessment and asset management of the portfolio of operating hotels
assist and support in receiving internal approvals
develop, implement and upgrade asset management templates to facilities best practice and standardized approaches across the various hotel brand
provide detailed financial analysis to assist management in the evaluation and optimization of potential new development opportunities
prepare additional Financial Analysis as required and prepare ad hoc presentations as required.
Requirements:
To qualify, you will have 7-10 years experience in a similar role, i.e. asset management, hospitality industry, management consulting, etc.
and have gained a MBA/CA/CMA from a premier institute.
You must have advanced knowledge of Excel and modeling techniques with very strong analytical skills.
You will possess well-rounded communication skills, have the ability to interface with senior executives and have excellent project management skills.
