As a Guest Environment Expert, you will ensure that hotel rooms and public spaces at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai meet the highest standards of luxury cleanliness and guest comfort. You will play a hands-on role in delivering an exceptional environment that reflects the brand’s renowned Gold Standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to five-star luxury standards
* Handle guest requests and deliver amenities as required
* Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies
* Ensure safety, confidentiality, and appearance standards are consistently met
* Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds independently
* Inspect room setup and report maintenance issues as needed
* Interact with guests and colleagues using professional and courteous communication
* Maintain personal appearance and adhere to uniform standards
* Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned to support overall team success
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
* Must be physically able to stand, bend, push, and lift for extended shifts
* Strong attention to detail and guest service mindset
