* Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
* Make beds and arrange room furnishings neatly.
* Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities.
* Maintain the appearance of corridors and public spaces.
* Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping items.
* Deliver requested supplies directly to guest rooms.
* Stock and organize housekeeping carts.
* Replenish linens, amenities and cleaning materials.
* Inspect completed areas for cleanliness and presentation.
* Report damaged items and maintenance defects.
* Communicate room or public-area concerns to the appropriate team.
* Handle guest belongings and hotel property carefully.
* Follow approved cleaning and sanitation procedures.
