As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the face of W Dubai - The Palm. Your mission is to ensure that each interaction – from check-in to check-out – becomes part of a seamless and inspiring guest experience. You’ll move dynamically through the space, anticipate needs, and empower guests to get the most out of their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm welcome and intuitive service throughout the guest journey
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments professionally and efficiently
* Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns with creativity and confidence
* Share knowledge of local attractions, experiences, and W-brand offerings
* Support operational needs by preparing reports and assisting with daily front office functions
* Uphold brand standards in appearance, behavior, and service delivery
* Be flexible and hands-on: lift, move, or transport items as needed during service
* Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and company policies at all times
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required
* Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
* Passion for luxury lifestyle hospitality and unique guest experiences
* Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages a plus
* Energetic, professional, and eager to deliver service with personality
* Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
