Job Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or customer service role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure
* Physically able to stand, walk, and move items under 10 pounds as needed
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
