Position Overview
This role supports the front-of-house operations by assisting guests with check-ins, inquiries, and daily service needs. As a Guest Experience Expert, you help create smooth, welcoming, and satisfying stays for guests at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, ensuring every interaction contributes to a memorable hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare reports, update guest information, and complete documentation

Ideal Profile
Previous experience in guest services or front office preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly, and service-oriented personality
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around during shifts
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
