Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries, needs, and requests in both English and German, ensuring satisfaction and positive experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their overall stay.
- Actively listen and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally with empathy and care.
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs) for a seamless experience.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Promote all hotel amenities, services, and programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver personalized guest experiences.
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Relevant experience as a Guest Relations Agent or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Diploma/BS degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with outstanding active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and able to maintain a professional presentation.
- Proven ability to build rapport and engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, amenities, and local attractions is a plus.
