Position Overview
Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is seeking a Guest Relations Executive 3 to join the Margaux team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations, and providing personalized service in line with Jumeirah’s luxury standards.

What You’ll Do
* Ensure the hostess desk or entrance is always manned to provide a warm and efficient welcome.
* Schedule reservations and arrange special services following established SOPs.
* Handle enquiries and bookings using the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist for accuracy.
* Greet and escort guests, assisting them with menu knowledge and recommendations.
* Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, maintaining service excellence.
* Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* 1–2 years of guest service experience in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably in all-day dining.
* Familiarity with Micros and Epicure reservation systems; basic Microsoft Office skills.
* Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
