Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Naseem, part of the iconic Madinat Jumeirah resort, is looking for a Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) to join its F&B Service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Dubai’s most luxurious hospitality destinations.

Salary: 4000-6000 monthly (Market estimated)
Job Type: Full-time
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or branded restaurant
What You’ll Do
* Greet guests warmly, ensuring a personalized and engaging welcome experience
* Manage reservations, special occasions, and guest inquiries according to F&B standards
* Escort guests to tables, brief service staff, and introduce menus and specials
* Maintain guest profiles, anticipate preferences, and ensure confidentiality
* Handle calls professionally and manage accurate reservation data
* Support inventory, daily checklists, and operational tasks
* Attend trainings, manage complaints professionally, and uphold Jumeirah service standards
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants
* Strong communication skills in English; additional languages like Russian or European are an advantage
* Familiarity with Micros, SevenRooms, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment and thrive under pressure
