Job Overview
As a Guest Relations Executive at Burj Al Arab, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized welcome and seamless experience to every guest. This includes managing reservations, escorting guests, maintaining privacy, and ensuring memorable F&B experiences aligned with the highest service standards of Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, especially VIPs and regular guests
* Manage reservations, guest profiles, and special occasions using Micros and Sevenrooms
* Escort guests to tables, explain menus and offers, and hand over information smoothly to the service team
* Maintain and update guest preferences and ensure privacy and service continuity across shifts
* Handle incoming calls professionally and maintain guest database accuracy
* Support F&B operations by managing checklists, assisting with inventory, and ensuring daily readiness
* Uphold Jumeirah’s grooming, conduct, and training standards consistently

Job Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in a similar hostess or guest-facing role in a luxury 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
* Strong F&B operations background and guest interaction experience
* Fluent in English; Russian or European languages are a plus
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-handling skills
* Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor suitable for high-profile environments
