Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to every guest and ensure their comfort throughout the dining experience.
* Manage reservations, special occasions, and VIP bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings to confidently recommend dishes and beverage pairings.
* Anticipate guest needs, recall preferences, and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
* Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to guarantee timely and seamless delivery.
* Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Support service flow by maintaining strong communication between departments.
Ideal Profile
* 1–2 years of experience as Guest Relations Executive or similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or premium restaurant.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or other European languages is an advantage.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms systems.
* Experience working within a multicultural team environment.
* Energetic, polished, and service-oriented with a passion for luxury hospitality.
