Key Responsibilities

* Clean and refresh assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas according to five-star hotel expectations.
* Make beds, change linen, replace towels, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are neatly arranged before guest use.
* Keep housekeeping carts stocked with linen, cleaning supplies, room amenities, and required guest service items.
* Respond to guest housekeeping requests in a professional, respectful, and timely manner.
* Check rooms for cleanliness, damages, maintenance issues, missing items, safety risks, and unusual conditions.
* Report lost and found items, repair needs, supply shortages, and room concerns to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Support cleaning of public spaces, back-of-house areas, and other hotel sections when required by operations.
* Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, security, confidentiality, guest privacy, and professional conduct.
* Perform active housekeeping duties that may include standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items during the shift.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of Room Attendant experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
* Good practical knowledge of hotel housekeeping routines, room preparation, linen handling, and bathroom cleaning.
* Able to work efficiently during active shifts while maintaining strong attention to detail.
