* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest service experience.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a hospitality or customer service environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospitality service standards is an advantage.
