Guest Service Executive - Guest Relations, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences Dubai

Job Overview
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is hiring a Guest Service Executive to join the Guest Relations team at its exclusive Residences. This front-facing role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in luxury guest experience and VIP service in five-star hotel environments.

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Overview
As a Guest Service Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional welcome and departure experience for VIP and high-profile residents. This includes greeting and escorting guests, offering local insights, responding to individual needs, and upholding Jumeirah\'s luxury service values throughout each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and escort all arriving VIP guests, ensuring seamless and personalized check-in and rooming procedures
* Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, dining venues, wellness amenities, and local attractions
* Coordinate special guest requests including transportation, celebrations, and concierge services
* Handle administrative duties related to guest preferences, arrival reports, and communication logs
* Act as a brand ambassador and storyteller, sharing the heritage of Jumeirah and Marsa Al Arab
* Maintain strong interdepartmental communication to deliver proactive guest service
* Support pre-arrival planning and ensure all room preferences are prepared and executed

Job Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role at a luxury hotel or residence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Russian, French, German, Mandarin) are an advantage
* Strong local knowledge and cultural awareness
* Professional demeanor, grooming, and ability to manage VIP protocols
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
